General Viewing

Anyone can visit the home page and view information about the league and teams.

Select the age group of interest from the 'Age Group' selection box.
Select 'Standings' (A) to view the "Win/Loss" records of all teams in the age group.
- Selecting a specific 'Division' and/or 'Region' will show the standings for that specific combination only.
- By default, standings are ordered by league results. Select the 'Overall' radio button to sort by overall results, and use the 'Teams' radio button to sort the teams alphabetically.
Select 'Team Results' (B) to view all the games played and the final scores.
- Selecting a 'Division' and/or 'Region' of interest will result in a display of only the games played in the Division/Region selected.
- To view the Game Results for a specific team, pick the team of interest from the 'Team' selection box.

Team Registration

If your League has selected the On-line Team Registration option, there will be an additional selection in the menu.

Place the the password you received from your league registrar into the Password field. (Leave the Login ID field blank.
Select Register Team.
You will now be directed to the "Team Registration" page.
- You must enter information into each of the fields with the red "*".
- Select a unique Login ID. This will be used to allow you to enter game results and update team information.

Roster

If your League has selected the On-line Team Roster option, there will be an additional selection in the menu. This information is used to fill in the official team roster. This information is only available to the coach and league officials. This roster will be printed, sent to the league offices and used for tournaments.

Select Rosters
You will now be directed to the "Add Participant to Roster" page.
- Select your "Age Group", "Team" and whether this is a "Player" or "Coach" registration.
- Enter the Password given to you by your coach.
  - Enter your information for inclusion in the roster.
  - Read the "Waiver", and check the box to acknowledge your acceptance.
  - Enter your name as "Proof of Signature".

Logging In

Each team in the league is given a team login and password. The team representative can then:

Update information about the team.
Add results from games played, both league games and tournaments.
Get additional team information.

Select 'I forgot my password if you have forgotten your password and wish to have your 'Login ID' and 'Password' e-mailed to the address in our database.

If you never received a team login and password, it is likely that the e-mail address we have is incorrect. Send an e-mail to the 'Tracker Administrator' (C) by selecting the link at the bottom of the LeagueTracker™ page with your e-mail address, team name, age group, etc. and request a login.

Additional 'Help' is available after logging in.

Other Information

At the bottom of the page there may be links (C) to a league information screen, the home page for the league, an e-mail to the league director and an e-mail to the LeagueTracker™ administrator.

Below that is a link to the LeagueTracker™ home page and an e-mail link to contact the web master with questions or to report problems with the site.
